How to search the CIS catalog
Troubleshooting tips
1. To login to our Library catalog you will need your initial password provided to you by IT at the start of your time at CIS. If you do not remember your initial password, please contact Alvin Chung achung@cis.edu.hk
2. If you have your initial password from IT but you still cannot login please switch from Chrome web browser to Safari and try again.
3. If you are able to login on Safari, this means you need to clear the Cache & Cookies of your Chrome browser by using the Google instructions from here as Chrome may have cached (remembered) some incorrect login data in the browser.
Please give it a try and once you have done that, please try accessing Destiny using Chrome again to see if it works.
