Welcome to the CIS New York Times digital subscription!

As a CIS student or staff member, you have full access to the options and services provided by the publishers of The New York Times. This includes The New York Times, The International New York Times, and 紐約時報中文網. The entire Times archive is also available in a search function stretching back to 1851. 

Please explore all of the possible options provided on this page, as there is plenty of support for your learning needs.

To establish your account, follow these steps:

  1. The first time you register, you must use your laptop computer and be on the CIS campus
  2. Open NYT GroupPass
  3. Click on the blue "Create Account" box
  4. Answer all of the questions, and be sure to use your school email account*
  5. Click "Create Account"

After you do this, you will have full access to all NYT materials and you can link your mobile devices as well.
